to say this is the flimsiest item i've ever received is an understatement...i would return it, but it would cost more than the product is worth...maybe i'll use it as a planter, or something else - it won't stay together, and when i did assemble it, the ball would roll like crazy...really surprised amazon would sell something this bad,
but i'm sure they don't have control of manufacturing of their vendors...a waste of time and money.

Product won't stay assembled. Falls apart after a few minutes of use as a ballchair base (description says it can be used in this way.) I've probably reassembled it 40 times and had my husband and son put it together too, and it still falls apart. I emailed the manufacturer for help (on their website) a week ago and have heard nothing. It's completely useless if it won't stay assembled so all I can do now is request a refund.
