 Nice function, Extremely low Quality August 12, 2010

I am also a personal trainer going to my clients home. I have had exactly the same problems with both my benches as mentioned above (I ordered two, the square one and the rounded one). The broken handle and the other plastic parts falling off. The screws also work there way out and I find myself at a clients house picking up screws off the floor and working them back it. I finally used super glue on the tip of the screw and put them back it. I am looking for a different bench. Two of them. I have had my benchs for 4 years, but they were having problems with in the first 3 or 4 months.

I am an in home personal trainer and have used this bench for 3 years. I absolutely love the functionality of this product. I did, however, encounter a couple of problems as far as quality is concerned. The carrying handle fell off (not quite as mobile now) and one of the pieces of plastic on the back of the bench (used for various incline positions) broke. Both of these things happened within six months to a year and a half of owning it. Needless to say I was disappointed, but since I spent nearly $300 on this bench there wasn't a lot I could do but to keep using it. I have since looked for another product similar to this one but cannot find one. As a result I am about to order a new PT/Pro bench in the hopes that it will hold up better than the previous one. I give the functionality of this product 5 stars but the quality only 3 stars.

Our personal trainer used this bench in her mobile gym. I am so glad I purchased it. The bench is sturdy, lightweight and exceptionally easy to store. The multiple positioning meets my needs as well as my husband's. It is easy to adjust and works as well with free weights as with bands. I recommend it highly and we are very pleased with the purchase.

This thing is very light (23 lbs), and very portable, yet even when the maximum weight limit of
is exceeded by a tad or more, doesn't feel as though it's going to collapse underneath you. It sets up and breaks down in seconds, and there is positive feedback of a firm click when position adjustments are made. The padding is thick enough, and the bench wide enough, to allow you to comfortably do most exercises. It feels very sturdy.
It comes with a strap that I haven't had a chance to use yet, but it folds down fairly flat for easy storage. Down to about 4 to 4 1/2 inches. Although the price was a little higher than I wanted initially, it's well worth it for what you're getting. The cost at Amazon was the same as the manufacturer's site ([...]), but you've got to love Amazon's free shipping.
My favorite part of the bench is the powder coat paint job of the frame, and the high quality foam padding. This thing is built to look good for a long time.

This is the only compact bench out there that does everything. It's even light too about 23lbs. It's great! It folds flat into the closet and there is so many different positions that you can make it!
Traditional benches are only tailored for one type of bench style this has all types.. Incline, Decline, Flat etc.
