this tool really helps you get into proper form for stretching. you also get a deep stretch with proper support. great price. simple to use. this has made my lower body stretching more convenient as i have to do it often per my sports medicine doctor. no more leaning on tables and using steps and the like.

I have had a Stretch Toner for probably 4 years or so.I actually paid close to $90 for mine.I am a 59 year old man who has decided that to keep feeling somewhat limber and relatively ache free,the best thing to do is stretch.This apparatus helps you to keep form and get good stretches for your calves,hamstrings,hip flexors,lower back,balance for squats or other calisthenics.It is very durable.The only wear I have gotten on it is on the padding where I have put my sneakers and it is still good to use after I used some heavy friction tape on the worn out parts.I use it at least 4 times a week.
